Conferences and Symposiums

The following selection of publications reflects the academic and research profile of Peter Mazohl, with a strong focus on learner-centred digital education, technology-enhanced teaching, and innovative pedagogical frameworks in adult learning.

His work consistently explores the intersection of didactics, digital transformation, and inclusion, with particular emphasis on Blended Learning, Flipped Learning 3.0, and the development of accessible, multimedia-based learning environments. A central research interest lies in designing and evaluating structured learning frameworks that enhance learner engagement, support competence development, and respond to the diverse needs of adult learners, including older adults and so-called “digital immigrants”.

Through continuous contributions to leading international conferences such as ICERI, INTED, EDULEARN, and CSEDU, his research demonstrates both theoretical grounding and practical application. The publications highlight innovative approaches such as the Analogous Comparison and Transfer Method (ACAT), the FlipCont framework, and the DigiComPass training concept, all of which contribute to advancing quality standards, user experience, and inclusivity in digital education.
